Delivery management

Two ways
to get it there. One pass.

Hand the bag to a driver on your own payroll and pay 5%. Or fire the order into the network, get a rider in minutes, pay 15% all-in. Same dispatch screen, same live tracking — pick the mode per order.

Two delivery modes

Run your own riders.
Or borrow ours.

Pick the model per order. Same dispatch screen for both. The rate sits on the wall — no surge, no opaque service charge, no surprise line at the end of the week.

Own driver

Your rider. Your relationship.

You already employ drivers, or you want to. The order fires to the dispatch screen, you assign a name off your roster, the customer gets a live map. We never touch the rider relationship.

Platform delivery

Press one button. A rider shows up.

No drivers on your books. The order broadcasts to the rider network, the nearest one accepts, and the same dispatch screen turns into a live trace. 15% all-in — card fees, rider pay, the lot.

The dispatch pass

One strip, four states.

Every order on the floor — own driver and platform rider side by side, mode tagged on the ticket so the operator never has to ask. Drag to assign, tap to call, swipe to mark delivered.

The rider side

An app the rider
actually opens.

Offers fire to the network and the nearest rider snaps it up. Pay shows on the offer card — no mystery quest bonuses, no surge roulette. They keep the full delivery fee, every time.

  • 01

    Transparent pay up front.

The offer card shows the full fee before the rider taps accept. No mystery multipliers, no end-of-week reconciliation.

  • 02

Routes batch where it makes sense.

Two orders heading the same way collapse into one trip — the rider gets paid for both stops, the kitchen gets faster turnaround.

  • 03

    Customer chat without sharing numbers.

In-app messaging so the rider can flag a buzzer or a back door without handing out a personal phone number.

Operator controls

The four levers a floor manager actually pulls.

Set the geography. Set the wait. Override the mode. Batch the trip. That's the whole control surface.

Zones

Draw the radius per storefront.

Each storefront sets its own delivery radius — by kilometre or polygon. Out-of-zone customers see collection only, not a half-broken delivery quote.

Prep time

Dispatch waits until the kitchen says go.

Riders only get pinged once the food is plated. Set a prep window per item or per service window — no rider lingering at the counter for ten minutes.

Per-order mode

Switch modes on a single order.

Default to own-driver, fall back to platform when your team is full. The toggle is on the ticket — operator decides as orders land.

Route batching

Two stops, one trip.

Orders heading the same direction collapse into one rider run. The kitchen sees both fire, the rider sees both stops, the platform pays once for the trip.

Two rates · printed on the wall
