About · 01

Building a fairer
future for local
commerce.

Takeover is the operating system underneath it — and VOID is the marketplace on top. Sellers keep more of every sale. Riders keep every delivery fee. Customers pay fair prices.

02 / mission

Local commerce should not
cost thirty percent.

For too long, a quarter to a third of every order on the big delivery platforms has gone to the platform itself — not the shop, not the rider. Local kitchens raise menu prices to survive. Riders accept jobs that don’t cover the petrol. Customers pay more for less. Over time, the neighbourhood thins out.

We’re building something different. A platform where sellers keep 85–100% of every sale, riders keep every delivery fee they earn, and customers see prices that haven’t been quietly inflated to feed someone else’s margin.

03 / what we believe

Four rules that bind us.

  1. 01

    Fair for everyone.

Every part of the chain has to come out ahead — or the system is just extracting from one side to feed another.

  2. 02

    Transparent always.

No hidden fees, no surge multipliers we won’t explain, no algorithmic pay we won’t show the math for. Every cent has a paper trail.

  3. 03

    Built for speed.

A seller goes from signup to first sale in minutes, not weeks. A rider gets paid the same day. Everything else is a bug.

  4. 04

    Built with, not for.

The shops, riders, and customers we serve aren’t a user-research panel. They’re shaping the platform as it ships, week by week.

05 / home

Made in Galway.

Started here. Built here. The first sellers, the first riders, the first customers — all from the same fifteen-minute walk. We’re growing outward from that.
